The creative process:
It takes time to figure out your style and the only way you can do it is by getting your hands dirty and making things. Instead of letting your mind wander and spin on about how your are no good, try paying close attention to what your hands are doing and where your breath is. Feel your body take up space, believe that what you are making is worth doing—it is.
Feel in your center—do you like the color you are using, do you like the line you are drawing? If no, make a change, make a shift. Pause to notice again and make another shift if necessary. Be gentle with yourself and your creation.
This is personal accountability within the creative process.
Only you can find your right tool.
